Our  district will be sponsoring a Basics of Coaching workshop with Rev. Chris Holmes. Participants will learn the basic skills of coaching and come away with a ministry plan for how to use those skills in their ministry. This workshop includes the benefits of coaching, importance of presence, deep listening, asking powerful questions, expanding possibilities, action planning, and review and commitment.  The cost is $25, which covers materials and meals.
